Our nurses and midwives are passionate, have a top quality education comparable to UK and Canadian standards, at least one year or more of work experience and possess the language skills required to work in a UK or Canadian healthcare environment. We select our entire candidates during an interview and recruitment process.

Our recruitment consultants have been trained to scrutinise and verify with relevant issuing authorities, all documents presented by our candidates to make sure they are authentic. We provide employers with complete and accurate information about candidates’ identification; full duration of education; qualifications achieved; post qualification experience; candidate’s registration situation with home and/or practising country regulatory body; police record; IELTS score; and CBT pass result for UK.
Vision Nursing Recruitment endorses the NMC and Canadian nursing boards standards of conduct, performance and ethics for nurses and midwives. We adhere strictly to the new regulations set by the NMC for overseas nurses and midwives outside the EEA.
Steps taken during our recruitment process for the UK:

We organize a meeting at a date chosen by you to discuss our assignment from you in some detail. In this meeting, we gain a full understanding of the desired candidates you will be looking forward to employ.

Our company conducts face to face pre-selection activities, to screen the applicants we’ve got, based on your requirements. This will result in a list of nurses or/and midwives for you to interview.

We provide you with information about the candidates qualified and suitable for the job placement

We then schedule the interviews between yourself and the candidates you would like to interview

Following the interviews, we will perform independent reference checks as necessary

We expedite the placement offer and assist with further negotiations between the candidate and yourself

We remain in contact with you after the nurse must have taken their OSCE and continue to communicate with the candidate to make sure they settle well in their new job and environment.
Our terms and conditions are easy to understand and in some cases negotiable so that our goal in assisting our employers meet their increasing patient care needs is realised, while building and strengthening a long standing relationship based on mutual understanding and trust.
